Where do you ship?

We ship to the US and Canada. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our print-on-demand partners, so delivery times may vary by location.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Total delivery time is typically 7–14 business days.

What is your return policy?

Because all products are made to order (print-on-demand), we can only accept returns or exchanges for items with a manufacturing defect or printing error. If your order arrived damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right! We cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind orders. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

Is there a discount code?

Yes! There is a 20% off discount code for new orders. Use code NEWGEEK20 to redeem this offer. However, this code is limited to one use per customer. Are your products high quality?

Absolutely! All products are printed on premium blanks using high-quality DTG or sublimation printing. Each item is made fresh just for you. Apparel items are all soft, comfy, and durable. They're perfect for wearing on your next geek adventure or just relaxing around the house.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
