Refund policy
All products at Geek Chic Gear are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@geekchicgear.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
We will arrange a free reprint or a refund depending on the situation. Note that minor variations in print placement for DTG products (within 0.5 inches) are considered normal and are not eligible for a reprint or refund.
Lost Packages If your package has not arrived, please contact us within 1 week after the estimated delivery date ends (typically 30 days for domestic US orders, 45 days for international orders). We ask that you first verify your shipping address and check with your local post office before reaching out.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer a partial refund or reprint depending on the circumstances. Reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
